We also had 2 sets of Otis Inc LA Lug Covers to GUAM. Foreign or Domestic? GUAM is a U.S. territory but really? We still have territories? They don't even have any oil! I guess they are a gateway to the countries that do. Not my day to worry about foreign policy!
